The Mission Viejo HOA is a volunteer community organization active for decades in the neighborhood.
Originally established to advance the interests of the residents and property owners of Mission Viejo,
a subdivision in the city of Aurora, Colorado, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado by maintaining
high quality residential areas and enforcing restrictive covenants. As of 2008, following a court decision,
the organization no longer functions as an official HOA with enforcement powers, but continues as a
community volunteer organization focused on neighborhood improvement and resident services.
